A nice Abbott Monarch Ukulele Banjo, made by Jack Abbott Jnr some time in the mid 1970s. The uke has a good action and is a joy to play and sounds fantastic. The condition is fair for an unrestored 50 year old instrument. The plating is rather tarnished. I have given it a bit of a clean but to do it properly the uke would need to be dismantled. Some plating is missing from the top hoop in a few places. The woodwork is pretty good, again, considering its age. There is some very slight nail wear in the fingerboard in a couple of frets, but nothing too serious. The binding on one side of the fingerboard is not original. Please study the pictures for more details of the condition as these form an important part of the description. Price includes a nice Roger Bamford hard case.
