Fabulous outfit, damage to material shown, black lace could be used around the top of dress or maybe spray paint the material, top damage cant be seen when the jackets worn. Jackets in good condition, could be worn with other outfits. Flower buttons are in place for straps i believe that never came with the dress, so could help to attach new ones. Waist 14 inches when measured across. Great for fancy dress, 1980s diva!
