Its missing the top light. It winds up and works fine. Siren and wheels are good, 3 wooden wheels and one rubber drive wheel. Its 11 1/4" long 4 1/4" across 2 1/2" tall. Nice older toy for display or to collect and its getting harder to find item in working condition.
