1940’s style repro khaki chinos made from a very durable 100% cotton twill. Washed, unworn condition. The trousers are marked 30 but measure a size 32/33”. They have already been high temp washed so is not an issue of shrinkage. Probably just a case of mis-labelling. There are no issues with the trousers.
