A 1920s German toy. Made from tin plate. The two tops rest in the device which you squeeze to spin the top which then is released and spins around. The tops do spin. The device measures roughly 4 inches long and the top 2 1/2 inches. They are in a played with condition with lots of scratches. They do not have their original box.
