From my research, I believe this Besson cornet was made in 1893. Considering its age it looks very nice. The valves and slides move freely and it has good compression. Picture 12 shows the crack in the lead pipe. Everything pictured is included and appear to be original. The case is also original and has seen better days but will be perfect for protecting this instrument during shipping. I'm sure it will need to be serviced for it to be playing perfectly. It will be packaged with great care. If you live in Hawaii, Alaska or Puerto Rico the shipping cost will be more than $30. Thanks for looking.
